People who can’t eat gluten know that most store-bought ramen packages are not gluten free. I found this package of millet & brown rice ramen from Lotus Foods in one of our local grocery stores and gave it a try. The verdict: 4/5.

These chicken breast fillets from Pinty’s are so good, you won’t realize they are gluten-free. My kids certainly didn’t! I rate these 5/5.
If you like Italian food, you probably like gnocchi. This deliciously soft package of mashed potatoes, flour and eggs melts in your mouth and goes with many sauces. Since I said flour was an ingredient, you know that not all gnocchi is gluten-free. However, Anna’s Country Kitchen Potato Gnocchi is gluten-free – and quite good! I rate it 5/5.
For a no-name brand gluten-free frozen pizza, these are pretty decent. That being said, this isn’t gourmet pizza by any means. It’ll fill the void with gluten-free food and they don’t taste like cardboard. I rate them 3/5.
These gluten-free croissants from Schär are very handy to have around. Sealed in plastic, they are very portable and keep well. They are great for a backup / emergency meal when you can’t find anything gluten-free to eat. I rate them 4/5.
