I tried out Annie’s Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese and I liked it! I rate it 4/5.
This is your typical “mac and cheese in a box”, with loose pasta in the box and a pouch of cheese dust. You boil the pasta for a while, then drain, and add milk, margarine (or butter) and the cheese, mix and serve.
I found the taste to be comparable to other boxed macaroni and cheeses. The rice pasta noodles were firmer than I was used to from glutenous pasta. Maybe I needed to boil them a little longer?
