If you like Italian food, you probably like gnocchi. This deliciously soft package of mashed potatoes, flour and eggs melts in your mouth and goes with many sauces.
Since I said flour was an ingredient, you know that not all gnocchi is gluten-free. However, Anna’s Country Kitchen Potato Gnocchi is gluten-free – and quite good! I rate it 5/5.
This vacuum-sealed package contains a half kilogram (500g, or 17.6 ounces) of potato gnocchi. It’s a product of Italy and the “alimento senza glutine” on the package confirms that!
Cooking it is really easy. Boil some salted water, toss some gnocchi in, and when it floats, it’s done. Serve it with a white sauce or a sauce of your choosing, maybe with some grilled chicken, and you’re all set.
