These gluten-free croissants from Schär are very handy to have around. Sealed in plastic, they are very portable and keep well. They are great for a backup / emergency meal when you can’t find anything gluten-free to eat. I rate them 4/5.
The croissants themselves have a slightly sweet taste, with a consistency more like bread than a traditional “glutened” croissant. That being said, they are tasty enough that I would eat them again.
The package contains 4 croissants, sealed in clear plastic in sets of two. It’s easy to cut one pair out and keep it for another meal.
I will keep some of these Schär croissants around!
