When my wife and I were in Portugal, I found Schär Chocolate O’s Cookies in a grocery store. I’m always on the lookout for gluten free cookies, and I do love Oreo-style cookies. I gave these a try, and unfortunately I have to give them a low grade – 3/5.
Why so harsh?
Two reasons – the biscuit portion feels “sharp” when chewed, and they are pretty small.
The cream inside is great – very tasty and great texture – but the cookie part crumbles into sharp little bits that I found uncomfortable to chew.
