Gluten-Free Breakfast Burritos

I made a simple gluten-free breakfast burrito, and I’ll share the recipe with you here. It relies on the Promise Gluten-Free Tortilla to wrap things up in.

Chop some onion finely.

Grab a non-stick frying pan. Set it on a stove set to medium heat.

While that is heating up, break two eggs into a bowl and scramble them well with a fork. Grate some cheese and add it to the eggs together with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Mix well.

When the pan is hot enough to sizzle water splashed on it, dumb the egg mixture into the pan and scramble the eggs. When the eggs are cooked, remove the pan from the heat.

Spread the tortilla(s) out and portion the eggs into the tortilla(s). Wrap them up and enjoy!

The finished product – yum!
