The seasoned breaded cod from M&M Food Market is pretty decent gluten-free frozen fish. It’s hard to find gluten-free frozen fish as the breading usually contains wheat. This seasoned breaded cod was a nice find. We rate it 4/5.
The box contains 4 or 5 pieces of Pacific cod, harvested using sustainable practices. The pieces are lightly breaded and seasoned with black pepper.
They went well with some frozen french fries and a little lemon juice on the fish. The breading is subtle but enough, and the fish itself was pretty tasty. It was a little expensive but not overly so.
